Xaden Riorson

Xaden Riorson is a third-year rider and wingleader of the Fourth Wing at Basgiath War College. He is bonded to Sgaeyl, a navy-blue daggertail dragon, granting him the ability to wield shadows.

Xaden is described as tall, with windblown black hair, dark brows, and gold-flecked onyx eyes. His strong jawline is covered by warm tawny skin and dark stubble, and a diagonal scar bisects his left eyebrow, marking the top corner of his cheek. A rebellion relic, curving in dips and swirls, starts at his bare left wrist, then disappears under his black uniform to appear again at his collar, where it stretches and swirls up his neck, stopping at his jawline.
