Rio is the twin sister of Reginald "Shark" Kastle. She is confident, adamant, loyal, and caring. She is very confident in sports. Somewhat childish. Ailurophobic. Annoyed when people refer to her as Shark's sister instead of her name. Acts strong because she feels she has to, to not be used as a shield against Shark. Pride in her abilities/effort.
