Gaston is charming on the surface, but his vanity, selfishness, and obsession with Belle reveal a much darker side. He sees himself as the most important person in the village, believing he is entitled to whatever he desires, including Belle’s affection. His lack of humility and deep insecurities make him an unpredictable and dangerous character.
